No form. On purpose.

A form squeezes your problem into seven required fields and a dropdown called “Budget”. An email can be as long as the problem actually is. It goes straight to the engineers who will solve it.

No newsletter, no captcha, no ticket system, no chatbot. Your email is read by a person who can also solve the problem.

What makes a good email

all optional

No required fields, no character limit. If you are not sure where to start, these four questions help.

Attachments are welcome: datasheets, netlists, measurement series, sketches on paper. A single sentence is enough too, we will ask about the rest.

What happens to your email is explained in the privacy policy.

  1. What is it about?

The domain and the problem in two or three sentences. Technical terms are very welcome.

  2. What is stuck?

Too slow, too imprecise, too much manual work? A number helps, a rough estimate does too.

  3. What is fixed?

Hardware, software, data, deadlines. And which of it is still negotiable.

  4. How will you know it is solved?

What would have to be different in six months for the project to have been worth it.
